Partial downloads using Gen3

Hi,

I just started using Gen3 to download PCAWG WGS BAM files. I am wondering if it is possible to download BAM files partially by specifying the regions as in score-client app in DACO: Guide - ICGC DCC Docs

I checked the documentation (Gen3 - User Guide), but couldn't find an answer
